These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Casa House website and related services at casahouse.casa. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Casa House
Casa House operates an online storefront selling consumer goods to customers in supported markets, including Mexico and Europe.
We may update products, pricing, shipping options, and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or misuse payment, wallet, or promotional features.
3. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel orders for stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.
Prices are shown in the currency of the selected market and may include applicable taxes where required. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as card networks and local processors). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
4. Wallet, points, and promotions
Account wallet balance and loyalty points may be used only as described on the site and are non-transferable unless we state otherwise.

Product listings, images, and trademarks on Casa House remain our property or that of our licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory laws in your country of residence.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operations, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
